If the CWM comes with .tar files then yes..you can flash it via MobileOdin. Btw..where did you got that CWM files.? I believe it comes with instruction on how to flash it correctly. Just follow each steps and you'll be fine

Duhh..why so scared..?
From the images it seems that your MobikeOdin correctly detect the CWM .tar files into its recovery section. All you had to do is flash it then wait for reboot..that's all.
It just as important that the files was meant for LTE CWM recovery.

You still don't have CWM..how to do backup.
But do your apps backup via Titanium first.

All contacts you can sync again with GMail account. For apps..that's why I said..backup it first by using Titanium Backup app.
Wipe or not wipe doesn't matter. Sometimes your phone goes boot loop then your final solution is to factory reset. You still lose all your contacts and apps. But flashing kernel seldom wipe the phone

No..CWM is not kernel. What I meant was..flashing other than Roms/firmware seldom wipe your phone

Once have CWM...do a Nandroid backup first. This can be done via your new CWM (vol up + power + home)
Look for backup and restore section.
Do a backup.

This you have to search at xda for your LTE custom ROM.
Don't ever flash custom ROM that wasn't meant for your LTE phone

Huhh..that one for US version only. Same as S3 that have a US version that use Qualcomm instead of Exynos. But for international version most probably gonna be Exynos Octa.

Gt-I9305 use Exynos and also LTE.
SGS4 most probably comes with LTE enable.

LTE version comes with two modems. One for GSM another one for LTE. Our international version come with one modem for GSM only.

Duhh..when we received our S3 on May 31st 2012..M'sia still dont have LTE. That's why Samsung sent the non-LTE version here. It's not because want to listen radio or whatever.
No LTE network..Samsung wont release the LTE version to that country. Simple as that. Now we officially have LTE network so most probably we can get the S4 with LTE modem intact.

If M'sia already have LTE network last year..we will get stock a bit late than the international version. We will get the same time and version as S'pore.
S3 already have LTE version since first release in US (2GB RAM). This version use different processor. ..Qualcomm dual core instead of quad core Exynos. After that, Asia and Europe received their LTE version that use quad core Exynos (GT-I9305)

I lost touch on how to root the S3 but most probably it the same as before.
Flash CF-Auto root via Odin to root your phone.
Flash CWM ane reboot. Most probably you'll get red dot now.
Flash old bootloader via Odin. Red dot disappeard.
TriangeAway your phone to reset the binary counter.
Reboot and you're done.
Next firmware updates use MobileOdin to avoid getting new bootloader the might comes along.
