Wow, I saw some hands-on video on HTC One, I came out impressed. However, I am still unsure why I would need a smaller 4.7in screen on 1080p. Not like I can see better vs a 4.7in 720p. It will stutter for sure on exit/start of heavy apps. I noticed that in one of GSMArena's videos.

But I really like the camera, at least from what the blogs said so far.. e.g. Wired -

"We took the HTC One out to a dimly-lit restaurant and it produced far better, and cleaner, images that the Samsung Galaxy SIII we had with us. The HTC One’s photos were much clearer, and you could plainly see everyone in them. Photos snapped with the Galaxy’s 8MP camera didn’t look any sharper than the One’s 4MP images. The only advantage to the Samsung’s snapshots was you could zoom in tighter on a subject’s dark face."

The processor is phenomenal, at least on Quadrant with 12,000 average score. If this has USB host support, hooking up to a monitor, you can pretty much use it as a desktop.

This should've been a Nexus device imo but I guess the timing isn't right.

Greetings to all....I notice that my S3 is becoming slower and slower after the 2 s/w update (1st ice cream sandwich then to jellybean)....Now, even I want to load gallery picture also need to w8 about 15sec.....Any1 encounter this before and know what is the problem??

Thinking of restoring back my phone to factory setting..then reinstall back all the update...will this solve the issue?

Btw, my phone didnt do any root, custom firmware etc etc.....just some basic update...

I agree with you but between 4 to 8 is a very huge gap. But really hope to get the preview soon.

Sometimes certain size is good enough for one hand usage. If want to use big screen then go for LG Optima Pro where it comes with 5.5" screen with the same S600 processor or Note2.

Since you planning to restore why not factory reset first for current OS you using. .

You wont get any higher than One at the moment.
Atleast until the SGS4 unleashed later on...haha

I have an average hand but note 1 is quite hard to use with 1 hand. S3 is still the best size

To tell you the truth, the SIII was honestly not the best of the bunch last year. Of course it was darn good, but many of the competitors were really good last year.

Unlike the SII which completely balled the other competitors the previous year.

I hope the S IV's rumour of OCTA core will be true. I saw in some rumour mills, there'll be 8 cores for CPU and GPU as well. THat'll be really the first. Maybe instead of 2 GB of ram, make it 4. hehehehe

Then it'll really bomb the other competitors. 4 GB RAM maybe long shot la... but the octa core sounds very plausible
