Guys I have got a question:

1. How do u put in ur simcard? For our phone, it is a micro sim card. So when u put into the slot, the chip(the gold color part) faces down right? Because if u notice the Startup Guide, it tells u to put in the micro-sim card with the gold chip facing up. That doesn't make sense as the circuit of the phone won't be in contact with the chip then
*
Face down of course, the contacts touching each other. Probably just an illustration error on the part of the guide. As Obi Wan would say : Trust your feelings! tongue.gif

Personally, I prefer to factory reset first once upgraded to JB. Maybe due to my own experiences with Windows upgrades, where if you move from one major version of the OS to another, you're bringing along the leftover junk and stuff. Who knows how it impacts the newer OS version, which in this case is the JB update. But the bad thing is you'll need to re-install all your apps and/or restore your data as well.

After updating to the latest firmware (67), my available RAM actually dropped more (especially noticeable on bootup). doh.gif

Anyone else facing this? Maybe I should factory reset it...but damn lazy to reinstall everything again.

Previously on a fresh boot, mine would be 400+ and drops to 350+ after a few days usage. Now it boots to below 400+ and daily usage drops below 300...wonder what is it loading.

Just received my Imak phone case after one month's wait. Nice fitting and prefer it as compared to my previous Rock phone case. smile.gif

Anybody use Sun Global batteries? Is it really 2000mah and how the battery life does it improves?
*
I've used one before, the battery life does last longer but i'm not sure about the actual "real" capacity. Would say adds a few hours before charging. One thing I really disliked was that the battery didn't flag it's leftover percentage correctly even after a few rounds of charging/discharging from 100 - 0 %. Example; the battery will show maybe 40%, then one hour later, it'll suddenly drop/show 12%. Made it annoying and hard for me to judge when the phone might suddenly shutdown.

Suddenly these few days....my TX keeps shutting down upon charging to 100% from the wall charger. Anyone seen this before?

Yup! Mine is also like this. Not always but happened a few times. This must be a bug in the new 4.3 Jellybean firmware.
*
Ya, totally random too....bug i guess, but I don't expect to see a fix...seems like no more firmware updates now.

Read on the forums that this app might help, but I haven't tried it yet :
