QUOTE(Dannyl @ Feb 25 2013, 09:26 AM)
Checked XDA, there is minimal development for TX.  Can ROMs for T be used for TX?
When S2 was released, the latest was Gingerbread, how can you compare like this  doh.gif

For TX

Some bugs on JB ( T / V )

QUOTE
I have been using it for a week or so now.

Pros:
Smoother
Google Now
Feels a lot more friendly compared to ICS (Maybe cause its slightly faster)

Cons:
Battery life is slightly slower, maybe its not optimized yet or whatever I keep reading
I dont like the new phone and sms apps.

QUOTE
Camera is big improvement.

However, do you guys feel it is lag?
Especially when flipping launcher(sslauncher for me).

Other cons:
Volume wake and smaller navigation bar in "Lt30p themes and apps"is not supported JB version.
QUOTE
On Xperia T with JB.

Pros::
Its ****ing awesome. Its like upgrading from froyo to gingerbread. Theres so many new things.
Its much smoother.
I LOVE the locksceen.
Battery life seems to be better for me although I didnt use it for too long with ICS

Cons:
The camera zooming seems to be really bad, dont know if its just me.
QUOTE
Jb on my xperia tl
pros: Google now
smoother
better camera
screen navigation when long press(miui like)
cool lock screen
better keyboard

Cons: Google now search bar is a widget and takes up space
battery life drains faster
when you move apps on the home screen they just auto create folders instead of moving around on the screen
it's 4.1.2. not 4.2.1.

QUOTE
Pros:
- smooth and fast, no lag
- camera
- google now
- no need to install CM 10 anymore
- battery OK (one day for heavy usage with wifi and data always on)

Cons:
- locksceen easily unlock in the pocket if no PIN
- missing increasing ring
- phone app still loads slow (comparing with CM10)

Overall a very good experience and I advise the upgrade. until stable CM10.1 or official 4.2.1 I will stay on this ROM.

QUOTE
Pros:
- smooth and fast, no lag
- camera

Cons:
Battery drains much faster, with the same app config,3g, corp mail the battery reach 15% at 5pm, with ICS was reaching at 8 9PM.
A lot f BT issues with car audio.

QUOTE
Pros

- UI
- Camera
- Speed
- New Features

Cons
- Huge glitches with update
- Removal of seconds in Timer settings
- Occasionally glitchy on the Homescreen

No screenshot yet, as waiting for screen protector, casing, new micro sim card blush.gif ...take pic with old handphone and resize....
*
The TX comes pre-applied with a shatter proof protection layer. Adding another screen protector on top of it will reduce the sensitivity of your screen.

Jelly Bean couldn't come any sooner

- I'm getting a lot of dropped WiFi signals with >80% signal strength. WTF?
- Also, packet data is VERY slow. Even on H+, I cannot load a simply mobile webpage. WTF?
- Volume is abysmal. No, I'm not deaf.
- Camera fails to focus in dark places. doh.gif <- Konon Sony, but a Galaxy SIII is much much better here.
- The Walkman app which FC every time, and the album art comes out wrong doh.gif
- Battery life is pretty, average at best.
- Although is has the same 1GB RAM as the SIII, but multitasking on the SIII seems much better. No, nothing to do with the Exynos proc vs our Krait. Our kernel does not seem that well optimized for it. Yet.

On the bright side, these are what I can appreciate

- The size, weight and feel. It just feels nice to hold in the hand, not as stupidly light as the SIII, which also feels so damn plasticky. doh.gif
- Awesome screen. Sorry AmeiN tongue.gif Colors comes out better than those over-saturated Super AMOLED ones.
- Good media sharing integration. Yes, Sony nailed this one better than the crappy SIII's Allcast Play. Or was it Allcast Share? Whatever it's called, it's not as intuitive as Sony's one. Heck, Samsung requires me to REGISTER an account to use their software. WTF?
- Decent wifi strength. Still can get signal and browse internet with fair (no bars) signal.
- Lighted up XPERIA wording. This is just cool laugh.gif
- Voice calls are loud and clear. No complaints there.

Thankfully most of my complaints are software based, so with time, I do hope that it gets better.
