but still i want to get myself a EU 3ds / xl =.= coz some games that i really want such as Inazuma eleven series and more to come maybe North America Nintendo wont localize it =.= already ask around gameshops in Penang ... none of them sell EU region sets ....

I read on a us forum that the japanese eshop accepts foreign cc but my maybank one didnt work...

Why does it cut in half? Just because we can make the battle faster is it?
If cut in half due to other no good reason, it might not sound good

For me regarding the Nintendo ID, i'm kinda fine with it due to my account on Wii U and 3DS being on North America for both..

I bought the console itself full set(stylus pen, 3ds xl, printed papers, box, arc cards) except 4GB for RM699, so RM699 sure come with 4GB?

eshop got those app but i never buy any of them  .. perhaps he wanna pretend using e-dictionary when mother check on him

i read again your FAQ for eshop:
2. You need to begin with a US region of a game or console. For Malaysians (as of the date of the FAQ being published), it’s easier to begin with the WiiU, followed by the 3DS XL, and then the games. Ok, supposingly the games are easier to start with, but lets not raise suspicion by just a registering a US game out of nowhere and NEVER BUYING A CONSOLE. Sounds odd don’t it?

and im now like f**k....
i got myself an ASIA 3DS....does this mean im forever 'ban' from Club Nintendo? nobody ever tried to register using a US game only?
