Tebrau land reflect in book at RM13-14 per sq ft, market rate at RM60 per sq ft

So i left the calculation part to u

Majority of their land located along the road Kota Tinggi to JB, that area is not under Iskandar area if i'm not mistaken

From their latest annual report, they do have 30 acre and 70 acre land in Iskandar area

I went to Kota Tinggi before, if no jam can reach JB within 30min, not sure about peak period, but that place is a bit further up

In the end, i still don't like its business nature (For medicine manufacturer)

But i still prefer those in medical service industry, Eg.KPJ, IHH etc. Mainly because these company enjoy higher profit margin.
Manufacturer need to dump in a lot of money in R&D and the result is still in a huge uncertainty. As for Pharma, their main customer is Government, so u should know what's the major risk
