DTZ set up a sales booth in the lobby of Menara Citibank Jln Ampang.

Registration for the biggest unit 2266ft2 (Tower A) is opened. Planned launch after CNY. "Indicative" price is RM1.2M. Show unit will be ready after CNY. Minimum 3 car parks per unit.

Is this the same developer as the villawangsamas condo? The issue of wall crack issues seem very serious. Still can trust this developer?

I do believe the Villawangsamas resident is no happy with the build quality of their own unit.

Even developer said it was solved, r all the owners happy?

First of all, we need to see why this issue can happened? Is it because of developer cutting down on material used OR does build according to spec OR use of poor architect in the design? All these we need to take into consideration as a buyer b4 we play our $. imagine if u r 1 of the owners, will u happy and feel safe to stay even after developer fixed the cracked for you? tongue.gif

by the way, do u work for Setapak heights?

(a) Don't buy if:
1. You can see the building having cracks in 2017
2. You think it's too expensive and no one will buy, price will come down
3. You want to buy a great condo, great location, perfectly built and available for your inspection before making a decision
4. You can find a new project below RM650 psf, 600m from station, 6 stations from KLCC.
5. You cannot walk 600m if there is no covered walkway (no approval yet)


(b) Buy if:
1. You see value in the location
2. You believe the contractor is different
