DTZ set up a sales booth in the lobby of Menara Citibank Jln Ampang.

Registration for the biggest unit 2266ft2 (Tower A) is opened. Planned launch after CNY. "Indicative" price is RM1.2M. Show unit will be ready after CNY. Minimum 3 car parks per unit.

(1) Listed price min RM1.53mil, 20% rebate (bumi 5% + 20% rebate) - promo 20% rebate for 1 month subject to T&C
(2) 25 senpsf (maintenance + sinking fund)

Did you realise that the developer is "hiding" behind their appointed agents (DTZ)?

Have you tried asking the agents to arrange for a meeting with the developer's ppl who can give you direct answers to your questions?

actually block b and c almost sold out. they just launched the bigger unit 2200sf at block A.

logically, the developer will not want to repeat the same blunder it did on villawangsamas. thats what the DTZ agents told me.

A new condo, Lexa Residence, is being planned at Section 10 Wangsa Maju, which "incidently" in front of Infiniti.

I see that those who bought Infiniti 3 Block A facing KLCC will no longer have the KLCC view when this condo is completed!

I told the developer that they should bear the cost of constructing the 300m coveted walkway to the LRT station instead of pushing it to DBKL. This way, could have attracted more buyers to consider buying the condo. But all they did was to jual air liur telling prospects about the hasnt been built covered walkway.

I doubt so.

When the condo was launched, I was looking at its biggest unit 2200sf or so, and it was close to RM1 mil. The selling price for 1500sft unit was around 650k to 750k.

What’s the selling price now?

One good design is that every unit in this condo is a corner unit. So it’s windy. Unfortunately it’s a leasehold property that turned me off from buying this unit, 4 years ago.
