QUOTE(Terrorizer @ Aug 12 2015, 07:46 PM) So I heard on Irama. I have always been a fan of Shah Alam until I "had" the opportunity to be in Wangsa Maju. Must admit - really good location but a pening with all the confusing LH and FH status which looks haywire. Seri Riana is tops but price wise - I was too late (quoted 650k but I missed 2 mths and it became 801k). I am actually exploring for stay (mon - Fri) which is why I dont plan to invest too much (especially for LH). As of now - analyzing Seasons, Infinitti and Hedgeford (though in law told - mau beli rumah burung ke ..). Infinitti provides highest discounts which helps for people with max 70% loan (that BNM's ruling lah ....). Reading this thread - opens up my eyes for infiniti. so, have you decided on infiniti?

QUOTE(marvellHero @ Oct 5 2015, 02:17 PM) I have visited the sales gallery few times to support my evaluation. Discussed with the sales gallery and asking about the building specs provided in the booklet, and come up with a statement that they cannot guarantee the the quality of the building similar like shown in the sales gallery e.g., tile type (marble or not), kitchen cabinets, wardrobe. They said it is up to the developer. I really suspicious with the performance of the developer on why they cannot certain and guarantee the quality of the building to the potential customer. After few times back and forth and consider detail survey with other competitor, I decided not to buy this property. Did you realise that the developer is "hiding" behind their appointed agents (DTZ)? Have you tried asking the agents to arrange for a meeting with the developer's ppl who can give you direct answers to your questions?

QUOTE(zlancer1989 @ Oct 5 2015, 09:44 PM) after the infamous villawangsamas, still got ppl dare buy from them lol? actually block b and c almost sold out. they just launched the bigger unit 2200sf at block A. logically, the developer will not want to repeat the same blunder it did on villawangsamas. thats what the DTZ agents told me.

A new condo, Lexa Residence, is being planned at Section 10 Wangsa Maju, which "incidently" in front of Infiniti. I see that those who bought Infiniti 3 Block A facing KLCC will no longer have the KLCC view when this condo is completed! https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3749454This post has been edited by Stamp: Oct 20 2015, 05:12 PM

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Nov 3 2017, 02:12 PM) Developer units still selling. 600k and above. Posters all over wangsa maju area. Promoting 300 meter to LRT station. So it is walkable? I wander. It looks impossible to walk by tagging along the main road. Marketing sales tactics maybe. I told the developer that they should bear the cost of constructing the 300m coveted walkway to the LRT station instead of pushing it to DBKL. This way, could have attracted more buyers to consider buying the condo. But all they did was to jual air liur telling prospects about the hasnt been built covered walkway. QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jan 31 2019, 02:09 PM) Yes bank valuation. No idea what the actual S&P price for that unit but should be very close to the bank valuation price. I doubt so. When the condo was launched, I was looking at its biggest unit 2200sf or so, and it was close to RM1 mil. The selling price for 1500sft unit was around 650k to 750k. What’s the selling price now?
One good design is that every unit in this condo is a corner unit. So it’s windy. Unfortunately it’s a leasehold property that turned me off from buying this unit, 4 years ago.
