Hi bros. Is it ok to squat 3 times a week? Basically I squat at the start of every session, with almost 10 sets each time

Thanks for the replies. I'm still finding out whether its gonna help me or not since its only my 1st month back in gym after a 5-mth break, but one thing's for sure, my ab lines are starting to appear

What do u guys think about taking bcaa & fatburner together before workout? I just started taking 2 Grenades (only amino tabs before this) since there won't be a better time to slot in the fatburner... Just wanna know would it be beneficial or just wasting money?
