I cant find a squat rack/power rack in my gym Arghhh, read online that there is a nono of doing it on smiths. Any suggestion gurus?

DOMS after my push day, theres a pain when i stretch my arms . Around the elbow crease area. Is it normal?

need some advise from sirs!
have been doing a 3 day split workout from Tom MUtaffis for about 7 months now, though lately the gains have been stagnant and i don't feel like theres much progress. Thinking of shaking things up a little bit. The question is do i deload, and stick with the same workout or should i change the whole routine. Right now its something like this. QUOTE DAY 1: Pulling (Back/Biceps/Deadlift) - Deadlift (3 sets) – Chins (3 sets) – One-Arm Dumbbell Rows (2 sets) – Close Grip Pulldowns (2 sets) – Barbell Curls (2 sets) – Hammer Curls (1 set) Day 3: (Chest/Shoulders/Triceps) - Flat Dumbbell Bench Press (3 Sets) – Incline Barbell Bench Press (2 sets) – Dips (2 sets) – Seated Dumbbell Military Press (3 sets) – Overhead Dumbbell Extension (2 sets) – Side Laterals (2 sets) – Pushdowns (2 sets) – Cable Crossover / Pec Deck (1 set) Day 5: Lower Body (Legs) - Squats (4 sets) – Strait Leg Deadlifts (2 sets) – Walking Lunges (2 sets) – Leg Curl / Feet High Leg Press Superset (2 sets) – Calf Raises (3 sets) Anyone works out 3 times a week? premium peanut butter? artisan bakeries should have them, i know tedboy grinds their own peanut butter. Otherwise Steffi has good peanut butter, not too sweet good ratio of protein/calories. can get from giant tesco
