How accurate is the strength progression as listed below? these numbers are from the internet... cant remember which website
Can I base my progress based on these numbers as base to change work program?

Beginner
Bench Press (BP) <135 lb / 61 kg
Squat (SQ) <185 lb / 83 kg
Deadlift < 225 lb / 102 kg

Experienced Beginner
BP ~185 lb / 83 kg
SQ ~225 lb / 102 kg
DL ~275 lb / 125 kg

Early Intermediate
BP ~225 lb / 102 kg
SQ ~275lb / 125 kg
DL ~315lb / 143 kg

Intermediate
BP ~275lb / 125 kg
SQ ~345lb / 157 kg
DL ~405lb / 183 kg
*
not exactly accurate
my bench is below intermediate
but squat is higher, and deadlift way higher
nevertheless those chart does serve as an aim or an achievement to aim for

What should be the optimal way to lose belly fat?
*
no spot reduction of fat
in order to lose belly fat you have to lose fat overall

Thanks man...but jz wondering, would it be ok if we use hot water? i mean will it affect the efficiency of the protein powder?
*
No idea with whey but i mix my creatine with hot coffee every morning
Ive mixed whey with warm water around 65C and it is much harder to mix compared to room temp water and cold water

Nice.

I am still clueless how to bench of push ups the correct way.

I mean to focus on the chest and not the shoulder/deltoids etc.

No replacement for displacement applies to bodybuilding or powerlifting too

If you want big chest, you got to bench big numbers

I'm not saying machine ain't good for isolation, but overall compound movements (squat bench deadlift) are the goat mass builder
