I know as long as I'm filling up my daily macros timing doesnt matter. But the thing is I consumed carb in my breakfast and lunch (rice) whereas I limit my carb intake in my dinner which also happens to be my post-workout meal. Is this doable, since the carb contribution is still kept, jz the timing is off.

Guys, I have 1 question. I am in cutting phase and main target is to reduce fat %. I eat 3-4 slices of bread as snacks everyday so the type of jam I use is essential. Which 1 is better in achieving my goal?

1) Peanut butter - higher calories per serving, but has more protein and healthy fats and no added sugar.

2) Fruit jam - lower calories per serving but contain a lot of added sugar and hence higher carb content.

Which 1 should I choose if I would like to reduce fat % while retaining muscle?

Usually I will eat bread right before bed. I found that eating simple carb before bed makes me falling asleep much easier.

I think u mean "problem of being hungry" instead?
I think u'd do well to be able to differentiate cravings from real hunger. Not saying yours are definitely cravings, because I dont know and dont wanna assume - just for sharing, each time I pass by the roadside burger stall, i would feel that my stomach suddenly growl, even when I had just eaten like 2/3hours ago. Once I convinced myself that it's not true by heading home straight, the "hunger" goes away. laugh.gif

One way to determine is whether u want specific food or just any food. By the way, if u're not seeking to lose fats, then eat la.

I think because my "intermittent fasting now turned skipping breakfast" type of style has made me being hungry at night. Wanted to start having breakfast back, but afraid that my pre-bed craving would not subside and I would end up consuming more calories

True, especially with the gravy and oil in the vege. Very hard to guesstimate
