Oh well, money casually flowing out of dem wallet, i need to go on budget now on my supplements. I used to take 1 scoop of BCAAs before and 1 scoop after my workout. Each scoop provides 11g of BCAAs ( 6.2g of Leucine, 2.5g of Glutamine, 500mg of Isolucine and Valine ). Now i'm limiting it to 1/2 scoop before workout, 1/2 after workout because BCAs are just damn expensive. Am i making the right choice? I'm currently aiming for fat loss now, toning up. Getting rid of the body fat. And also, protein shake after workout OR before bed ( mix with LF milk to trigger 'slow digesting' effect ) since im taking BCAAs after my workout? I know it all depends on your overall nutrient but hey, we cant deny the fact that some people recommend to take straight after workout, after your BCAAs so that it straight awal 'refuels' your muscles. Cheers.

QUOTE(DT1 @ Oct 31 2013, 09:18 PM) 1kg per month in lean mass is good progress, no? LF with full cream milk? I'm planning to clean bulk though. Ahhaha, 4 yolks? Too much calories i'm afraid :/ I think my fats are pretty balanced. I take omega 3 capsules as well. Other sources from fish, olive oil. nutsReplace your LF milk with full cream milk that'd do the trick. And don't throw away that single egg yolk in the morning |

To those who has a straight lower back and minor scoliosis
May i ask... How do you guys do compounds such as clean & jerk, squats, Deadlifts etc? Currently I'm just focusing on straight leg Deadlifts or sumo Deadlifts Squats my Olympic bar tends to be ahead of my knee and... Clean and jerk Heck, i cant squat properly. I tend to tip-toe whenever i squat. When the weights are above belly button level and when i try to squat, i tend to lose balance and fall frontwards. One of the reasons why i hate those toilet bowl-less toilets. Need advice! |

Anyone has any idea where to buy WHOLE WHEAT or WHOLEGRAIN pasta? Apparently Durum Wheat ( the ones usually sells in stores ) are the 'bad' pasta. Adding on, i did bulk on durum wheat previously and i can say its umm... pretty bad. Sunway Cold Storage used to sell organic whole wheat pasta but now sadly they dont! Any ideas?

Sorry if the question I'm about to ask is somehow a noob question
When you're on a cut, I realize that some of the cutting training programs on bodybuilding.com recommends to take low GI carbs ( sweet potatoes, brown rice ) at night ( if you workout in the evening ) rather than lunch. Why so? Cause I was thinking to get the low GI carbs in the afternoon for energy before we hit the weights Then probably high GI carbs right after workout and probably carbs from vegetables only for dinner. Thanks |
