Yup, JB-ed my wifey's 4S successfully. Problem free.

I jail broken my wife's 4S and the weather app is ok
But for my IP5 , it is broken

Guess the issue is happening sporadically.
Will just wait for the patch

I always reboot all my jailbroken idevices after a JB to test whether everything is ok
So far all my idevices do not have any problem

Maybe you can try restore and redo everything again.

I'm not entirely certain but some bros here re-try by doing a re-restore and re-JB and the results turn out differently
No need to redownload. Just restore the phone with your exising 6.1 firmware and JB it again.

The weather app in my 4s is still crashing even after I did the restore from backup first before JB, works fine on my wife's iPhone 4. So I think this affects devices sporadically.

No. I've restarted the phones multiple times and everytime it's fine. I do agree that the boot time is a bit long but then again when my 4s was jailbroken on 5.1.1, the Boot time was close to 2 minutes (I am not kidding). My Lumia 920 boots in 15 seconds flat ...

Just found something interesting. If anybody in the same situation can give some feedback about this. You install both zephyr & mobile terminal(MT). After kill all running apps, run any apps(1 apps only), then try swipe to your right, the MT will appear as if its already running in background. Since this MT is quite dangerous, so i remove it back through cydia(havent install CyDelete yet)
