can you download cydia apps/tweaks from laptop instead of phone? don't have wifi connection at home and don't want to waste telco data >_<

just wondering is it apps problem or jb problem.. i can't delete apps using the jiggle -> x method now, have to use itunes to remove them from iPhone. and then after i jb my phone i noticed the "others" category ate up a lot of space (1.xx gb now compared to 600mb before jb) any solution? |

Noticed smtg interesting. Everytime i open my photos, minimize it, then lock my screen, then press home button and slide it my iphone goes into safe mode @@
