How do I go about jail breaking my iPhone 5? Do a clean restore to ios 7.0.4 then jailbreak, then perform a restore of my apps and setting?

Also ..
When i go to settings i didn't see any of my cydia tweaks Now my screen is yellowish because of one of the tweaks.. How to disable that? And when i went to activator icons it says mobile substrate not functioning i need to restart.. I tap restart still the same |
