RM300 I think can consider Sirui? or there's this another brand... Ahh but I can't remember ._.

I use AIPO 88L... so far ok, except recently had issues with my humidifier, then solved by removing a tiny sponge inside (looked a bit black, maybe dust?) and its working fine now.

Hey guys, just wondering.
Are there any Canon lens to Nikon DSLR converters ?
Did a little googling and found it's nearly impossible.
Just wanted to make sure with the experts here if it is really impossible lol.
*
technically not impossible, just pointless.
it's all to do with the flange distance, and canon having a shorter backfocus compared to nikon...
so in short, any adapter if done will act more like those macro extension tubes, ie. pointless.

Now Dilemma.... The last thing I wanna wait is the price of the new AF-S 18-35G ED price since if street price is around 1.5K I might snap it combo with D600. Hope so.
*
i think street price in malaysia is gonna be around rm1.9k.

Oh thats might put me in Maggi mee for a month  shakehead.gif  but if u convert from Original Nikon Japan, the Yen  SRP is the Yen quote with TAX price not the YEN without TAX price after all which currently reflected in the SRP of D7100 but USD 1200 M'sia only RM3.8K so we are following "HQ Price" (Japan) not regional (US) I think so can't compare it like orange and apple just as consumer too sad for me. sad.gif
*
actually i think it may be abit more.
the 28mm here is around rm1.9k street? and the 18-35 has a higher SRP.

Request custom setting for d7000 U1 U2
Where got sharing of the setting I can refer?

One for sport, another for portrait! Thanks a lot rclxms.gif
A lot setting to play rclxms.gif
*
i never bother use U1 and U2.
but for sports etc.
can try these few.
image review off - very important to save batt especially during burst mode.
AF-C priority to release, but this one use with AE as makeshift AF-ON button is better.
high iso nr off.
auto iso, set ur min speed and iso to whatever u want, 1/250s, 3200 maybe.
focus tracking with lock-on, this one depends what u shooting...set to off and the lens tracks focus faster if objects coming or moving away from u.
if objects just moving sideways etc, set to 2 or 3 default also ok already.

Got it. thanks for the tip  smile.gif

BTW any lens renting service around KL/PJ? Not sure if Malaysia has these type of services.
*
lens renting got.
but it doesnt work like car rentals...
most shops that sell used lenses can rent it out...but it is more of a purchase...then they will buy it back again after ur done minus 10%.

just would like to reconfirm again... if i buy a Nikkor lens from Yodobashi store in Japan, i can claim warranty from Nikon Msia without much trouble? hmm.gif

Yodobashi is selling the 70-200 f2.8 vr2 for 206,400yen/~RM6500... local shops quote me around RM6900... very tempted..
*
if u have the receipt and chop from the japan store then only international warranty is valid.
