I called unifi hotline about this.. and there's 2 things..
1) Actually we should get the 15 meters free.. I told the CS that the installers used back my old streamyx cables instead of giving me new one, and i told them the cable already very old, around 8 years+(since i first installed streamyx) so i would like new cables... Then I found those installers that tm hire, if you dont ask them about it they will buat bodoh and wont give you the cable..
So the CS representative helped me file a report and said he will get back to me.. which leads to
2) Just the next day itself TM called me to ask about my report and then they will check with the installers..
Then the next day(yesterday) TM called me around 9+ i was at a meeting that time so i couldn't answer their calls and today around 10+ TM called me again to ask me whether im at home or not they are coming to give me the cables.. and so yeah now i got the 15 meters cable already...
Just want to say, their customer service and quick action gave me a very good impression and I hope it will continue on with other users as well... So far i'm very happy with unifi, im getting the speeds that im promised and calling their hotline to enquire/make a complaint also very fast and swift action taken.. Good job to Unifi for that.
I need 20 meters of that cable.
