If they build a hotel here, what kind of guest they targeting? Local or foreigner? The nearest LRT quite far away from here..

TThe building heritage condo right beside this ekotitiwangsa is now 350psf and seri titiwangsa is around 400psf...this area even though near to town but price never up for ages

I believe this project itself will spur high interest in this area, specifically Jalan Pahang. So close to KLCC.

If u like canoeing on a nice n clean river n accompanied with swan, then u sure like this project.
