I believe this project itself will spur high interest in this area, specifically Jalan Pahang. So close to KLCC.

IMHO, for those who working at pusat bandar, don think they wil buy it, coz hv to drive further n U-turn back to Jln Phg toward klcc side, start a long jam before u passing ur condo again..
if 750-800psf, better go for The Reach I think, luxury condo, about 700psf if any available unit, justthen bu is 1368sf, extremely fast progressive qwork!! Duke just in front, going PJ or Ampang side no problem at all... |
