I believe this project itself will spur high interest in this area, specifically Jalan Pahang. So close to KLCC.

All speculation talks. It will be rm750psf up for 8xxsf. I think if they think it is so valuable there without LRT and MRT nearby, good luck.

IMHO, for those who working at pusat bandar, don think they wil buy it, coz hv to drive further n U-turn back to Jln Phg toward klcc side, start a long jam before u passing ur condo again.. sweat.gif
if 750-800psf, better go for The Reach I think, luxury condo, about 700psf if any available unit, justthen bu is 1368sf, extremely fast progressive qwork!!
Duke just in front, going PJ or Ampang side no problem at all...

there is a bridge access to bandar baru sentul under the DUKE1 overhead, u can go to city via the traffic light@bdr baru sentul/jl pahang. i think more bride will build for the river of life once completed. also Duke2 is just infront this project.
reach also facing same u turn problem when u come back from the city, need to drive further for u turn.

ya, The Reach when coming back fr city centre hv to U turn too..but is after off hour ald, no so tension ma .. cool2.gif
anyway no matter how we look die on certain project, stil it will habis jual very soon...
