Ya.. I went there bfr.. near shop lots...highly jam area also.

The REACH pre-launched was below 600 (500+) early this year if I can remember
So below 700 could be acceptable in this area?
Any comments welcome!

oh I've never been to setapak/sentul side all.. btw this condo is abt 7-8 km from PTT/Suria KLCC.. not that close after all

It's not too far from the Pekeliling site and I know a mid-sized mix development project is coming up on the existing pekeliling site now with acceptable prices..

anyone knows whether the Reach is fully sold?

Ya, last time I heard it left only block C which is much bigger unit at their viewing gallery in March
not sure how the situation right now!

there is an access road to bandar bharu sentul before DUKE highway.

drive toward DUKE abt 200m , enter DUKE , keep left until u see a small lane toward a bridge , cross the river and turn left to the direction of bandar baru sentul. drive straight and turn left to join jalan pahang. (traffic light to lake titiwangsa
