Just curious. When getting stuff from Ebay or any other US sites, will Malaysia customs charge us? if so what are the procedures?
Tempted to get stuff oversea but not familiar with these shipping / tax charges, if they are applicable.

Btw, the case u recommended there looks nice, just wondering is there some sort of magnet to hold the cover when it is fully closed? or would it move around, since there isn't any clamps to lock it in place.

tried using franco, motley and stock without change the volt also have same idle temp on cpu (40-45 C). load up bladeslinger game the temp rise to 58C. O.o

it is cover defect.maybe the magnet is to strong.try put a piece of aluminium foil on the cover n see whether it solve the problem

i kena this many times already..normal. to temporary fix it so that it wont suddenly off, charge it a fair amount (say 50%), then off tablet, leave it there for few hours (say 3-5 hours) then charge it fully while it is turned off. The tablet doesnt show the correct % even when it is turned off..there's a bug in the battery apparently..

Just pick up mine from the SC, it change my LCD and mother board to new one. But for the temp on processor it still the same 45-50 C

my temp aren't  on aircond. When i apply direct to aircond the temp goes below to 35C.
i didnt do anything  at just, i received the tab and installed  system tuner to check the temp. Then walla! 50C. I need to call the SC back to check whether they really change the board or not

what are the requirements to complain warranty?

1) download whatsapp apk from internet (or chrome if u download directly from nexus 7). there are lots of site that share the apk which I cant share here, but google can.

2) copy the apk into nexus 7 internal memory (if you download from other device)

3) make sure you already allow the nexus 7 to install 3rd party app in the setting

4) install the apk from any file manager you installed in your nexus 7

5) the rest of the setup are exactly the same as setup whatsapp in your phone.
btw this might applies to nexus 7c (3g) version only. perhaps the other method is for using whatsapp on wifi only nexus 7.

3G N7 user, which data plan do you guys currently use? i just bought Celcom Instanet, because i seldomly use the 3G, mostly got wifi. but the problem is i cant connect to the network, no detection at all, the simcard work fine in iphone 4.

how much for the glass if cracked? because some tablet glass and sensor is separated, like ipad.. if the glass and sensor comes together then it will cost a bomb to replace if crack.
