No need to pay anything. account is free. they only charge when shipping. Free warehouse to put product for a month. My experience last time when ship nexus 7. The standard shipping is around USD30+. I consider very fast. My product at warehouse on Thursday. Then they ship to malaysia, i received my goods on next Tuesday.

my wifi is not grey. Blue all the time. But MX not working. Well, this is normal on every upgrade of firmware. Just wait a couple of day will do.

No wonder i feel lag after update to 4.3. Now it is make more sense why my nexus 7 is more faster now.

If i'm not mistaken is 2GB. Then you sign in, click free GB. You can enable photo, etc to get extra GB. Every friend that you refer will get 500GB. Max is 16GB (for referral).

You can also checkout Google Drive or Skydrive.

No need receipt. Just bring the unit in. they will check the serial number on your device. But the best if got receipt. Like my case, i kept my google play receipt when i bought my unit last year.
