I want to ask 3 noob questions:-

1.  I have Nexus 7 C cellular.  can I use a phone line + data plan SIM card in the N7C?  Of course I wouldnt be able to make calls but that SIM card is for my 3rd Phone that I want to retire off.

2. Does N7C use normal size SIM or micro SIM?

3.  Some people say charge to N7 only for few hours.  What if I charge when going to bed and stop when wake up (about 7-8 hours) will it damage the battery?

Anyone in Nexus 7 3G facing trouble in configurating umobile 3G APN Settings? :/

I seems to get some problem over 'H' signal and I believe that it would be my APN not configured correctly.

Try temp+cpu V2.. It consumes the less ram and batt if compared to dashclock's..

Edit: it's batt temp, not CPU temp.. You can't measure Nexus 7 CPU's temp.

didn't use Dashclock's, but still using dashclock.

seems like N7's CPU have no sensor, tried lots of app/widget all show batt temp.

haha not really that type of person. furthermore, all those clerks are clueless girls, you know. So hard to explain to them. I personally told em to tell the technician that please change the microphone unit, and the technician came out and told me, it wasnt possible, coz they needed to change the whole mobo just for a broken mic, made me wondering, did Asus just solder all the components to the mobo? 

how i wish there's another Asus service centre here in JB. That centre in Skudai Plaza isnt really an Asus one, just a some-brand-appointed centre, including Samsung, Brother, etc.

nvm this monday i'll give em a call for sure. my place is kinda far from that centre too. another wasteful drive again, and only God knows how long they're gonna hold my tab after this.

That is correct. You can't make calls. The most is probably getting your Whatsapp working. Call function development had hit a wall unless I'm mistaken

Hi, thinking of buying Nexus 7 within this month. Currently using Tab 10.1 (old), too big to carry around so want to change to something smaller. So to get ready before I buy it, I have a few question....

I read in the FAQs section at the 1st page. One of the question is how to use 3G to online and the answer is a bit complicated involving rooting. It is really difficult to get 3G connection with Nexus 7 or this only apply for wifi version? I'm planning to buy Nexus 7c 32gb 3G and I thought like Tab 10.1, I just slot the sim card.

One more question, I also read one of forumer want to install Whatsapp and the answer also not a straight forward 1 or 2 step. It is really difficult to install whatsapp?

can't we just install whatsapp from playstore as normal android phone does ?

Fonepad has been proven to be much smoother than galaxy tab and can match with nexus 7,its like comparing nexus 7 and nexus 10,sure nexus 10 win even though its only dual core

i noticed that my nexus 7 battery drained quite high for past few days.before sleep the battery is about 38% and after i woke up only 7% available which is never happened before.

I have checked background running apps and saw nothing unusual..do anyone have this kind of problem too?
