went to the sales office just now.. opened 250+uiits on 3rd August.. now still got about 60+ units according to the sales person..

Can ask for opinion? Does direction really matter? My unit that u bought face north east means ill get evening sun = hot living room in the evening.. Does this really matter when u want to buy a house? This is my first landed so I'm really clueless.. My current condo not much affect by direction or whatsoever..

For those who went last sat how is the house? workmanship ok? traffic and infra ok?
Also, the address comes under TPG and not kota kemuning right? Will affect the value? |
