Personally, traveling 35KM one way is a bit too far la... u need to factor in your time on the road, jam, etc. think whether its worthwhile or not.
I would suggest u take a drive from BR to your workplace at 7am and see for yourself. And also workplace to BR. If all is good, landed is the way to go bro. You can get single storey intermediate in Taman Mayang for about 500k and reno is required. |

Rimbayu looks like the next Setia Alam or even better?
