Agree with jeghui. I personally believe if you get a property nearby KLCC, you should work in KL la... If not why trap yourself everyday in the traffic for 45mins (one way) and 1.5 hours (two way)?

Not sure why royalties/sultan get involved in this discussion hehe

If yes, can you really feel the difference in terms of room temperature?

Personally, traveling 35KM one way is a bit too far la... u need to factor in your time on the road, jam, etc. think whether its worthwhile or not.

I would suggest u take a drive from BR to your workplace at 7am and see for yourself. And also workplace to BR. If all is good, landed is the way to go bro.
You can get single storey intermediate in Taman Mayang for about 500k and reno is required.

Rimbayu looks like the next Setia Alam or even better?
It is good to have a central park, but Setia Alam smaller parks are also very well maintained..
Having said that, Rimbayu is a very good buy smile.gif
