Hi Jenghui.....whats ur advise to me......seriously to consider BR.....a landed, green n at a price which hard to find nowdays for similar concept........yet the distance far frm my work place......may have to spent at least 45 min drive to work place (one way) ......covering 35km frm BR to Subang Airport......is this sacrifice I have to make....................I know all this is individual preference ......just give ur view........

They're not joking around when they call this the "green" township. Low density of house units per acre, lots of space allocated for planting trees.Not sure if many of you know, but the TV at the sales office had an ipad connected. They have an in-house ipad app that shows the masterplan for the township. There's a secondary and primary school to the north of chimes, down to the southwest you've got a mosque planned.

IJM called me too. Phase 2 buyers. Need not worry guys. Phase2 materials is better than phase 1. They will keep upgrading material used for newer phase definitely.  Cuz newer phase always cost more. That's normal la.

I personally walk in to banks and apply by myself..and keep updated with their officer thru whatsapp. Now so easy.

No... Phase 4 is Strata Home.. then Phase 5 back to superlink...
