By the way, since this is a green township. They should encourage ppl living ard there to ride bicycles. Make a bike path or something.

Has anyone paid for MOT and lawyer fee? How much do I have to pay for MOT n lawyer fee for property 651800? Heard that we can get discount up to 50% for lawyer fee? Any other fees I have to prepare apart from the 2 stated earlier? Plz advice. Thanks in advance

I forgot to ask SA on when to settle the balance of the downpayment, Can i pay them after EPF disbursement or have to pay immediately after signing S&P?
