Just back from the place. Found the place after visiting the sale office to sign unit transfer form. There r guards and the road to Rimbayu is blocked. Saw the Rimbayu sign board. Taken picture, in Facebook

It took me quite a while to find that place previously..... During that time, the road wasn't even tarred... If you noticed, there seems to be a road that can lead us up till Puchong bypassing all tolls thru the inner roads...... brows.gif  brows.gif

Yes and noticed lots of houses n new small2 project ard there too. But still like in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, I can't wait for the road to be opened to public n check out the show unit for perennia. Was told by SA that phase 1 40% completed n phase2 only 5%.

i want a place for my own stay. not too far from work place. i work in ara damansara and my partner in Damansara or KL. both of us are from Gombak, living with parents. Since August, we've been looking around, could not find any new project selling 22X75 or 22X80 houses within my budget (500K) then our friend from Kumuning Utama recommened Rimbayu, Chimes @ RM607K before bumi discount then we went checked around again including online forum, webistes. Most projects sold out (sime darby, PKNS, etc) so decided to top up a little for Perrenia (RM652K) cuz like the courtyard concept. since then we try to find the exact location of Rimbayu but fail haha..till yesterday we found it and saw lost of palm trees around. haha.. the place is like in the middle no where. worry about of lots of things such as my son's school, will it be ready by the time we move? cuz We would like to move immediately once the house is ready. I have a feeling most of u here bought for investment. if so, we not lot will move immediately. Also, concern about security..So thinking hard whether should give up Rimbayu and go Alam impian (sephira). Not sure if still available. what is the price now? Maybe have to go check later.

I wanna stay nearer to my office but seems the house price in ara damansara is killing me. so we have to look further away. like the rimbayu concept of green township but worry that we can't move in after the house is ready cuz not many bought for investment.

Kota Kemuning already got primary and secondary school available.

One Chinese school Chung Hua is located not far from Econsave ( ard 1-2km ) where you turn to  the entrance at Rimbayu,  a few KM away is NOT FAR at all. One more primary school next to the Chinese school will start construction probably next year.

my son is studying at the Chinese school, which is 4 km away from our home, and I have to keep n telling it is NOT far at all.

Alam Impian, I believe no school at the moment. One international school is coming up just next to Naza TTDI Viola.

Hope this can help.

You mean bought the house without checking where is the exact Bdr Rimbayu whole township is, or the exact location of Chimes, Perennia or exact row?

My friends who bought Chimes, very seldom go to Kota Kemuning but knows Bdr Rimbayu is the township next to Kota Kemuning. But they never go to the site checking where is Chimes, check where is the accessibility and never bother to know Chimes is located at which part of Bdr Rimabyu itself.

Geng!~

Haha, same la. from the begining i knew that it was near to kota kemuning only until i visit the kampung area yesterday and saw the signboard.

No Lah Kak,  know this area so try to help. wink.gif

Rimbayu is new,  have to tumpang nearby mature township for facilities easily for another few more years.

Thanks for your help. I thk I should not worry too much. Stick with the Rimbayu and stop looking for other places. once the house is ready, if i don't wanna stay just sell if off....Well, it's my first home. Faham2 la.
by the way which zone will u be staying? will u be moving soon after your house is completed?

went to check out Sephira TTDI project at AI yesterday.
impressed by the design, i like the carporch where they make the gate wider so 2 cars can enter easily for 22'x80' houses, by reducing the width of garbage/TNB/letter box column.
the courtyard however too big compare to Parennia, alot of space allocated for courtyard, at the center of living.

Sephira looks nicer, modern design. I like it
