Yes. It's purely interest during construction period and after that first 5 yrs is ard 80% interest n 20% principle. Loan tenor 28 yrs. for loan 35 yrs is first 10 years

No I thk what he meant is 500 interest for 147k principle (disbursement)

Yeah. I didn't believe it too but my friend insisted that she got it at -3.5 in 2010 from RHB. She knew someone working in the bank. So lucky man!

How come in the quotation from lawyer didn't mentioned 20% on stamping fees? I took islamic loan which is entitled for yet discount right?

RHB I was told by the banker have 20% discount. The lawyer didn't even ask me which bank I took? If we have signed SPA already, still can ask for discount or not?

Already signed but have not got the bill just the quotation on the day the SPA was signed. And realized that no discount stated. Will ask my bank to liaise with the lawyer tmr.

Home loan agreement fees should calculate base on home loan amount+MRTA? Or just 90% home loan amount ?

Thanks a lot. Means the quatation given by the lawyer is right as it didn't include the MRTA. Just the 90% of home loan amount. Property price 651800. I was worry that if later they include MRTA then I have to pay more. Called them to clarify on the discount, they said they have not given the discount yet cuz they don't know what type of loan I took and from which bank. And They said they will state the discount In the bill. Let's see.
