You mean bought the house without checking where is the exact Bdr Rimbayu whole township is, or the exact location of Chimes, Perennia or exact row?

My friends who bought Chimes, very seldom go to Kota Kemuning but knows Bdr Rimbayu is the township next to Kota Kemuning. But they never go to the site checking where is Chimes, check where is the accessibility and never bother to know Chimes is located at which part of Bdr Rimabyu itself.

Haha, same la. from the begining i knew that it was near to kota kemuning only until i visit the kampung area yesterday and saw the signboard.

Rimbayu is new, have to tumpang nearby mature township for facilities easily for another few more years.

Thanks for your help. I thk I should not worry too much. Stick with the Rimbayu and stop looking for other places. once the house is ready, if i don't wanna stay just sell if off....Well, it's my first home. Faham2 la.

went to check out Sephira TTDI project at AI yesterday.
impressed by the design, i like the carporch where they make the gate wider so 2 cars can enter easily for 22'x80' houses, by reducing the width of garbage/TNB/letter box column.
the courtyard however too big compare to Parennia, alot of space allocated for courtyard, at the center of living.

How much is the subsales price of Sephira now? However, TTDI Alam Impian is G&G.

and they are planing for parameter fencing soon , other phases are already G&G.
i saw some guard house are being setup there from the looks of it ,that place are planned for G&G from day one
so i think Rimbayu will have similar concept, residences will move in first then G&G later.
