Unless ur dead sure u can get loan otherwise 50% MOT is not worth to risk..

Super duper link is 3 storey superlink? Cld be easily 4000sf and abv.. Maybe inp will launch A3 parcel first.
I cannot understand InP. They are jumping all over. They shld instead focus pentas first but now they have Tari and next parcel A3?

Do u think inp mgt will listen? They are pretty confident tht eventually their unit will be sold out. They only blaming bank n poor market sentiments... they will never change i guess.
