Yeah. Agree. U will only get umbrella and mugs from inp. Btw, I feel inp is just too honest as a developer. Hardly any discount and no full dibs unlike other developer where u can utilize ur discount to offset ur downpayment.

Thanks bro sycluap for the updates. How about the apartment besides the shell station?
By the way, any idea how they define the price range for medium cost apartment? 400K-600K with condo facilities? I hope the facade not too ugly. |
