Hopefully sub-sales market can be doing as good as new launch in AI, otherwise another ghost town in the making.
Commercial needs to come in fast.
*
1. If developer keep on launching new phases, with the price comparable to subsale, as a buyer, I will prefer to buy new launches than sub sale, unless I urgently need a house. Question is, how many of the real home seeker will rushing-ly purchase a subsale of 800-900k for a link house, than not going for developer units? This was exactly my scenario, I almost wanted to purchase subsale, but InP keep launching new phases, end up I'm more interested in new units than subsale. Thus, I really worry AI will be a ghost town as I observe too many investors rather than home seeker.

2. I do agree the commercials are too slow. But it ties back to the current condition in AI. So many houses waiting for subsale buyers. Those actually move in to stay still at a rather significantly slow rate. Wonder how will commercials kick-in in shortest time frame?

Hi, found a new Nukilan 3 owner in the house!

My billing is rather slow at 30% at the moment. Some already reaching 50%.

The development speed of AI suddenly at a surprisingly fast pace.

I also observed some work on-going at the riverside after the toll, as if they are building another road, not too sure about that.

Bro, you interested?

Yes, I'm interested, but not sure if it worth the buy. Asked the SA, built up will be slightly bigger compared to Tari. Shall see how it looks like.

You going?

Guys, opinion needed. Shall we start a Facebook group for Nukilan 3 for easier information sharing? Or this forum is sufficient for all Nukilan 3 owners?

Not much:
Lot size: 24X80
BU: 2548-3052 SF
Land Area: 1920-4704SF

In the advertisement smallprint: Selling price is 806800-1306800 if I can read the smallprints correctly (Sorry digital copy)

Thanks for the info bro, looks like tally to the information I received from the SA. I shall drop by Sales Gallery tomorrow to get the brochures and price list.

So, I estimate the built-up extra by ~100 sqft is where the length of the house longer by 2 feet.

Was there at the sales gallery just now at 3pm, still no price list, floor plan, layout available yet for Tari 2.

But they are setting up the canopies for tomorrow's event. I believe they will only reveal tomorrow.

Same here, my unit also structure only, in fact even the structure also not yet finish the roof top part. I wonder how architect approve the claim for 30% already.

Just back from AI Sales Gallery for the property showcase. Sadly, Tari 2 is not up to expectation, furthermore the changes in the kitchen-storage room-washroom part is disappointing.

The only open 2 rows, others all reserved for future development.

Crowd is quite huge, because they not only showcasing AI products, but also all other InP products.

By the time I left, no booking made yet for Tari 2. And, this Tari 2 is only phase A2-01a(1) 64 units. Other units reserved for phase A2-01a(2).

1 point to note, brochures mentioned larger built-up, I think they calculate the car porch area, because Tari 2 house length is even shorter compared to Tari 1.

Disappointing...

INP never learnt from past failure....must send the architects/ designers to study consumer behaviour/ investor preference courses. Or put themselves in purchasers' shoes already good enough
*
But from time to time they will come out with super good product. I believe this is very much architect dependent.

+1

Fully agree. This applies to all businesses, not only InP.
