For those who are concern about the loji pemprosesan behind Nukilan 3, here some snap shot (sorry for the bad angle, as the trees blocked, this is the only unit I can climb up as previous 2 completed units with better angle were locked).

In short:
1. There are quite a distance away from the last row of Nukilan 3 to the loji. Only the area looks big from the map.
2. The loji are covered, and small portion of the big area.
3. From the snapshot, you can already notice the trees blocked the view. What if InP plant trees (beautify) on the buffer zone as planned in Nukilan 3 layout plan, isn't it will be completely invisible?

Upcoming Semi-D opposite the mosque named LUKISAN will also be launched soon. Some details below. Floor plan I only snapped 2.

By the way, the first row of Tenun nearest to the shop lot and facing back of Canting already have its roof completed. Looked gorgeous!

I got no information about this. Didn't dig much as the SA was bz entertaining other customers that day.

I think InP will definitely plant trees over the buffer zone as planned. With this, the Loji will be 'isolated' from Nukilan 3.

No taikor, I have no insider info. The price list and floor plan I snapped from AI sales gallery. Unless they change it last minute, if not, the price should be final. Not sure if they will change it.

Anyhow, just an information to share. Pricing can change last minute unless it is officially announced.

Even though discount given, I still believe it will not be as the pricing I snapped from the Sales Gallery last weekend, because the delta is to huge. Assume 10% discount given, the price is still unbelievable

Tari 2 go on sale next week. Higher price, but no change for built-up.

Latest I got from sales gallery today.

No pricing revealed. SA only mentioned >800k min.

I was actually waiting for this. But after deep consideration, I will not proceed if the design is te same to Tari 1. Reasons:
1. Floor plan kitchen not acceptable for me
2. Built up too small, price per sqft not worth for me
3. I yet to release another of my property

Yes, agree with you. I notice somehow AI's price had gone to a level which I personally think is too far.

Shall wait and see what's in 2014 budget.

I foresee Tari 2 non bumi units will also sapu all one. I saw few potential buyers were there at the sales gallery asking for booking yesterday.

Malaysia really have so many rich people around. So envy....

I notice the same too. Past few years were like so 1-2 phases per year. 2013 was like a super year for AI with so many launches. Guess now the group focus is on AI now, boosting it high up.

Those who bought early should be laughing by now.
