AI will have a internal property fair at their Sales Gallery this Saturday. And seems like InP trying to woo also chinese buyer, because they advertised full page in a chinese new paper today |

I have a feeling that I&P is speeding up the development in AI because I am seeing so many areas were undergoing ground works compared to 1-1.5 years ago.
Hopefully this also speed up the commercial area of AI. AI is in need of commercial area now, cannot be only the row of shops in Tenun.

AI still have 2 more landed phase to launch by this year according to its official website. And I expect more phases will be launched next year. As what I can see, the development speed increased significantly from 2013 compared to 2011-2012 to what I observed, as I passing through the township every weekday.
You have a point there, unless pick up sales + more occupants into AI, else the commercial will be like ghost town.

Guess InP will give certain incentives if purchase Tenun. They really have to do something to push Tenun's sale, especially the factor that on the same ground level and opposite the factories.
How many of you guys are going tomorrow?

by only looking at AI alone, the sampling size is too small to see the significance if market is slowing down.
If to really wanted to study market trend, maybe more development areas need to be sampled.

1 information I got from a new SA (most probably from other site one, not those station in AI), that the new 24x80 will be launch next year due to this year sale quota met. And the indicative launching price will be 1M. Can you believe it? Is he really updated with the correct latest information or he merely guessing just to answer my question? If really hitting 1M mark, then Pentas 5, 6 will be 1.2M and above already. Unbelievable!  If that really true, then my plan can be cancelled already.
