Wanna ask, is there at least 1 or two Fitness Trainer around when you do workout? So that I can ask what kind of workouts and whether it is the right way of doing it or not.

not always.. sometimes they show u a cock face, and you have to go all out of the way just to call them. I've seen them ignore the members who are using the machines wrongly.. they dont say anything but just walk past..
