Workmanship of Empire Subang building is horrible (from a layman view of course, i'm no building specialist).

Maybe it's acceptable by construction standard, when i was doing my cycling I saw a big gap that even big rats can pass through between the pillar & the floor/ceiling......
Wondering if the upper floor people can hear the loud musics from FF??
