For deadlift I just put it on the rail (Squat rack), heave it off and do my deadlifts (This is how the trainer told me to do). If too heavy I just drop on the floor. Pendlay Rows no need spotters but use mirror to check your form.

Im new to this and totally have no idea what to do lolz ..

I have zero knowledge how to use a single equipment inside rclxub.gif

Go read bodybuilding.com or just simply observe how other people do their exercises. Can also ask them or the PT they normally will help you.

I tot PT normally will charge us?

For specific exercises they won't charge you but if you keep asking them for all the machines they will ask you to take up PT. So just ask them on certain machines/exercises which your not sure of like squats / deadlifts / rows etc

I registered with FF Uptwon like 3 months now. RM165 passport + 1 month free .

Been doing alot of traveling between Damansara Uptown and Menulife. I still prefer Uptown's FF smile.gif
*
Uptown also quite small and some machine lacking I prefer the curve and Asia Jaya FF both quite well equipped. smile.gif

wah...very rude indeed!

I went FF leisure mall with my friend last week, all they asked was my IC and contact number and let me in.
*
Yup I know thats why I bring my friend without inform 1 day. I brought 3 friends to curve no need take IC also they just let us in, Asia jaya also no need but in Damansara Uptown the consultant talk with my friend. Summit USJ also quite good service. Worse is Subang Parade (But got one Malay Personal Trainer quite ok I was benching he came and help me + gave me some tips)

Wait till you see california fitness  tongue.gif

Anyway today i realize the staff there not so friendly anymore, maybe they know I memang go there for free one  blush.gif
*
They get paid to do their job not to be a busybody and care if people go there for free or not. Its just not their business. (Maybe the consultant will take it as an opportunity to sign you up instead).

You mean the one at wisma consplant ? beside subang parade ?

I thought of going there most of the time cause nearest to my home ... damn sad.gif
*
Yeap, wisma cosplant.

If your a member than ok no need to talk to them. Maybe only that one staff was bad doesn't mean all of them are.

So far the best service I got was in Asia Jaya in Menara Axis the staff always greet you even during busy hours. Few trainers are quite friendly too they come and chat with you when your working out etc lol. icon_rolleyes.gif

the summit one also not bad... they greet you all the time...
so warm until you do not want to go back after the work out...  sweat.gif

But the place is cramped and small some more I felt the lighting is kind of dark. Not much mood to workout there. Curve i feel overall has the best workout environment (bright and spacious)

I did. And they didnt wanna budge. Now new members passport RM200 already

Added on July 3, 2008, 5:55 amWell usually whoever getting lower monthly fee are paying more for processing/admin/blabla crap. Say RM199 for joining and RM158/month. Which is the same as paying RM175/month.

Sigh.

and i thought RM190 for passport for 3mth contract was expensive. sad.gif
