For deadlift I just put it on the rail (Squat rack), heave it off and do my deadlifts (This is how the trainer told me to do). If too heavy I just drop on the floor. Pendlay Rows no need spotters but use mirror to check your form.

QUOTE(andyfriends @ Jun 14 2008, 01:44 PM) For specific exercises they won't charge you but if you keep asking them for all the machines they will ask you to take up PT. So just ask them on certain machines/exercises which your not sure of like squats / deadlifts / rows etc |

QUOTE(aaronoid @ Jun 20 2008, 09:13 PM) I registered with FF Uptwon like 3 months now. RM165 passport + 1 month free . Uptown also quite small and some machine lacking I prefer the curve and Asia Jaya FF both quite well equipped. Been doing alot of traveling between Damansara Uptown and Menulife. I still prefer Uptown's FF |

QUOTE(Hybz @ Jun 24 2008, 10:35 AM) You mean the one at wisma consplant ? beside subang parade ? Yeap, wisma cosplant.I thought of going there most of the time cause nearest to my home ... damn If your a member than ok no need to talk to them. Maybe only that one staff was bad doesn't mean all of them are. So far the best service I got was in Asia Jaya in Menara Axis the staff always greet you even during busy hours. Few trainers are quite friendly too they come and chat with you when your working out etc lol. |

QUOTE(victorboy @ Jun 24 2008, 09:22 PM) the summit one also not bad... they greet you all the time... But the place is cramped and small some more I felt the lighting is kind of dark. Not much mood to workout there. Curve i feel overall has the best workout environment (bright and spacious)so warm until you do not want to go back after the work out... |

QUOTE(Syd G @ Jul 3 2008, 05:42 AM) I did. And they didnt wanna budge. Now new members passport RM200 already and i thought RM190 for passport for 3mth contract was expensive. Added on July 3, 2008, 5:55 amWell usually whoever getting lower monthly fee are paying more for processing/admin/blabla crap. Say RM199 for joining and RM158/month. Which is the same as paying RM175/month. Sigh. |
