 I have no idea what should I do on my first day lol. Go in the counter, take my forms ... then swipe card and go in. Once inside i have no idea head to where .. |

they say no freebies for me since its someone transfer ownership to me |

I guess my gym session shall start tomorrow ...
What do I get from them for first timer ? I heard got bag, towel , bottle, headset and all ? Is it applicable if someone transfer ownership to me ? For items such as towel, does they supply to us unlimited or we bring our own ? |

First time step in gym today
 Btw, I cant find the pretty girl ... a malay guy guide me on my orientation .. It seems like I do not get any bagpack cause my account is transfer by another  Where is the sauna and stim room ? Is it same and different ? Can we access wifi there ? Can tapao back some gas drink ?  |

I prefer the environment and people in manulife .. but in wisma consplant the trainer pritchard damn nice ... explain and guide me so detail more than the trainer in manulife ... |

I noticed I gone up 4Kg since I join fitness lulz .. probably cause I drink heavily these day ..
Normally I would go in Kardio for 15 mins, then weight training 10 min(inclusive rest) then go sauna and bath ... and go home |
