3 times a week, is like wasting money. Most of the regulars that I know, they go to the gym at least 5 times a week.

3 times a week, that is 12 times in a month. Let say you are paying RM175 (some of you got cheaper maybe).
RM175/12 = That's about RM15 per entry. My home to FF is only 2 mins drive, so I have no issue. |

I'm not saying whether you can afford or not, I'm saying that to make your money worth, go to the gym at least 5 times per week, that's all.
I did not mention that you can't afford a gym membership at FF. Yea, good for you rich man. I ain't rich. |

QUOTE(purplecrystal00 @ Apr 9 2009, 05:38 PM) errr... hi guys Don't know, just go flirt around a bit with the PT guise, they would be glad to help you. Just show some kinky striking eyes to them. erm.. just signed up with FF. will be starting my first exercise next week, most likely at menara mbf. i suppose, there're lesser people there, right? hehe... am not quite sure what sort of exercise to start with. joined gym to maintain my figure, toning up. i suppose the trainers there would be able to help me. ugh... first time going to gym, feel a little scared. Attend Yoga, Bodyjam and Bodycombat. Bodycombat is hard for newbie, but you'll get used to it. |

QUOTE(hackwire @ Apr 10 2009, 04:38 PM) any FF members here from Subang Jaya? how's the crowd there? I gave up True fitness because of lack of motivation there. Gym environment is also very important. When you say lack of motivation, I'm sure there are many reasons behind it. So why did you say lack of motivation? |

QUOTE(purplecrystal00 @ Apr 13 2009, 03:13 PM) hi, was just wondering, You don't get back any money.that Body First package; you will only receive your money back once you've completed 3 PT sessions and 4 gym sessions in a month. Does this mean, within 28 days or within the month you take up the package? say for example, you take up the Body First package today, you have to complete the 7 sessions within April 2009 or within 28 days starting today? thanks! You pay for 3 session and get 3 books. |

Hiring a personal trainer is to guide and push you along the way. If you are strong inside to lose weight or gain muscles, you don't need PT. If you are lazy, then get one.
I can tell you that, almost all the PT will only teach you the basic stuff which can be obtain from the internet anytime. |

QUOTE(tineagle @ Jun 18 2009, 12:28 PM) yes but you'd be surprised how much some aunty/uncles are willing to pay for PTs. Uncle and Aunty can be excluded in this case. They need supervision when working out.Its because they dont have the time/tools/comp literacy to go learn it themselves, and they can afford to pay for extra help. |

Most of them PT in FF are Silver trainer. As far as I know, there are less than 5 Gold Trainers in all FF branches.
