Lance Armstrong exclusive interview
another exclusive armstrong interview... why would they call it exclusive when oprah's interview was already exclusive??? exclusivity is invalid ![]() QUOTE CN: Did you protect Dr. Ferrari during your confession? Armstrong: I wasn't 'protecting' anyone. I was there to speak about myself, my experiences, and my mistakes. No one else. I know that goes against what we have grown used to in the last few years in cycling but I'm only interested in owning up to my mistakes. I'm a big boy and I'm not in the blame game. game of beating around the bush... we get it... "it's not about the Dope, it's about yourself"... QUOTE CN: Why do you believe that a Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) is the best way forward for cycling? Armstrong: It's not the best way, it's the only way. As much as I'm the eye of the storm this is not about one man, one team, one director. This is about cycling and to be frank it's about ALL endurance sports. Publicly lynching one man and his team will not solve this problem. i believe a physical death sentence is the only way to solve this problem ![]() QUOTE CN: When you came into the sport, it probably wasn't to dope, it wasn't to cheat but at what point, specifically, did you realize that was how cycling worked and that the governing body weren't dealing with the situation? Armstrong: My generation was no different than any other. The 'help' has evolved over the years but the fact remains that our sport is damn hard, the Tour was invented as a 'stunt, and very tough mother f**kers have competed for a century and all looked for advantages. From hopping on trains a 100 years ago to EPO now. No generation was exempt or 'clean'. Not Merckx's, not Hinault's, not LeMond's, not Coppi's, not Gimondi's, not Indurain's, not Anquetil's, not Bartali's, and not mine. now "it's not about the bike, it's about everyone not competing clean"... |

it can't be RM2.50 per class rite... the membership to the gym would have at least cost close to RM1xx per month...
+ petrol + parking + time you lost making side income + time and chance you lost to take a good rest + additional money you need to spend taking supplements or protein shake at the gym bar + the emotional damage cause by thinking why you can never own that ass that you are staring the whole RPM session + psychiatrist fees which is not cheap, if you fall into depression over-thinking about that ass you longed for so long and yet you could not have it... so... it's not cheap in short... QUOTE(miaopurr @ Jan 31 2013, 10:47 AM) it's a big un-escapable loop you see...you pay to get in which in theory is the smallest of damages, and the asses in the RPM classes will bind you emotionally to the RPM class so much that you won't be able to leave it like it is a drug addiction and even if they increase price, you keep on returning and returning...so you get sucked deeper and deeper into the belly of the beast... like vin_ann... now aiming to complete 32 classes so he can stare at those asses straight for 3 hours in a special class that needs qualification to get in... he is getting suckered into it... what is the worst thing that can happen if i buy a doraemon??? buy another one??? |

QUOTE(vin_ann @ Jan 31 2013, 11:19 AM) oh... i got "kang tao" i would have spend my time earning side income rather than c0cking here rite... jual buntut consider kang tao or not???oh my god. You have shoot every items right for 1st 2 items... haha... - what side income can do? you got kang tao? - its just 45 mins, and i sleep by 10:30pm. - im already taking supplement and protein for better endurance in ultra running and cycling... - eh, fyi, i already have a nice ass that each every gay pipu want to get! wahaha... - when fall into depression, running / cycling can help me to climb out from depression... so no spending on psychiatrist now i'm regret on what i did... its just part n parcel of my life... now im stopped at 18th class. im was like awake from nightmare... no point chasing 32 sessions just to be in the 3 hours ass staring class... i better go running / cycling for 3 hours to get much better satisfaction ! other people are dam bloody free, they have completed 32 sessions and now they going for another 32 sessions! i didn't mean your gay ass... i mean tapping the ass that you are staring at during RPM class... that is not called a healing process, it's called a diversion / avoidance tactic...put your mind on something else... like you get hurt by the break-up with your GF... you heal by going on one night stands every night...or what they call a "night-night stand healing process" |

none from my perspective, because everything is about asymetric and stiff and that is only achievable by overbuilding frames...

yeah... anything that claims a stiff BB is gonna have a huge ass downtube because that is the only way to make a bike stiff and torsionally rigid...
logically... what is scientifically good for performance might not be artistically beautiful... This post has been edited by butthead: Jan 31 2013, 04:37 PM |
