Well, doesn't mean this condo would really do not get rental return as the fellow predicts, and not everyone who bought this condo is for investment. To me I would choose Opus rather then Robertson for own stay, because of lower density, large unit and vicinity to public transport, in cheaper price.Both have different target market, one aim for family stay in city and the other mainly target for young single, shouldn't keep comparing these two..
