734psf in cyberjaya? its asking price in iproperty, not transacted price. No transaction yet. But whether can get same value from bank or not. Ppl still hoping to apply recent price hike teory in today market.
*
Yup asking, and most post ask 350k up. Anyway 3 years later as par today asking is quite a fair forecast, after all i bought this so i definitely will think positive.

It is the bathroom's sliding door. If you have the official brochure, you can see that there should be 2 door openings to the bathroom (as per show unit).
*
i am looking at the brochure now..no sliding door means we have to go out from the room to enter the bathroom!

Went for data center (right opposite the hyve actual site)site visit for my company so took this photo to show how close we are to next building. I bought level 2 and is actually 5th flr from the ground wink.gif

Went to show room during lunch and found out the cheapest leftover unit is now 360k! I am glad!

u recall the size of the said unit?
*
I did asked, my same unit 1+1 520sft now selling how much? The SA said "360k", so I assumed is my unit type. Is been 4 times of price increments according to SA. The ROI is great even if I sell my unit 360k 2 years later smile.gif

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Sep 12 2014, 09:44 PM)
means you bought at RM 250,000
not bad la
add RM 150,000 to flip = RM 400,000 for studio upon VP? empty unit?
can ah?

i wonder in 2-3 years whether studio in cyber can sell at 400 - 450K?
*
Yup...purchased price was 250k, 10% discount, my total downpayment around 13k. I opt for no dibs, dev will return 7-8k upon vp. So my cost should be around 226k+-, if vp can sell 360k (today sales gallery price) I am happy di..smile.gif

Waah, really so good? Any idea how much is the 580sqft (1+1 room) cost now?
*
Anytime > 360k, because SA said "now cheapest 360k for leftover unit"

those are higher floor with premium prices i believe and better view
yours is low or mid floor and which view?
*
mine is 2nd flr, shaftbury office view.. sad.gif but for me to flip...360K is good enough (but i think i will rent out first), then sell with tenancy.

For late buyer now to flip...460k at least?!

taking Shaftsbury Square below as benchmark..maybe minus RM50 psf because Shaftsbury is more strategic +amenities.

Shaftsbury Square subsales from Propwall site:
1,373 sf > RM 650 psf +-
463 sf > RM 750 psf +-
