according to SA, price recently increased for remaining unit, average at 660psf..should be Shaftburry condo benchmark yet Hyve is cheaper still..

taking Shaftsbury Square below as benchmark..maybe minus RM50 psf because Shaftsbury is more strategic +amenities.
Shaftsbury Square subsales from Propwall site: 1,373 sf > RM 650 psf +- 463 sf > RM 750 psf +-
