is it happening and until late? people eat and drink all nights?

i think hyve depends heavily on shaftsbury square?

think soho soso etc all priced within 250-300k range today
we may get 200k eventually but with a size of like 300sqft or lower
the sad fact as pricing continues to rise...
one day 200K gives 150sqft studio...

anybody notice that their construction looks like stack of cards? hardly any supporting structure like where you can't see clearly in other construction
but hyve you can see based on FB pic the walls all that?

so for hyve pricing in rental has to be lower because it is further than shaftsbury square?
like shaftsbury square as 1st class
hyve as 2nd?
or owners can change this perception by designing your unit to be sibeh attractive to match SS pricing?

i think main roads in cyber many cars
but one time i drove to few other roads where developments are still ongoing really no street lights and like ghost town
but i am sure after development it would be bright
jaya grocer go cyber means dun play play leh?
