QUOTE(ExCrIpT @ Mar 10 2013, 01:27 AM) someone tried pumping vpower full tank once, he said can't even feel much of a difference as the acceleration mainly comes from the battery. My dyno runs using my CRZ (while tuning for Hondata) shows that RON97 indeed gives more power on the CRZ. That is why I decide to stick with RON97. Also note that the engine does not increase power immediately after pumping RON97, as the ECU needs some time to increase the ignition timing and re-optimize for the new fuel, unless you use Hondata and switch over to a program that is optimized for RON97.BTW, normal Shell V-power RON97 is terrible based on my experience, I only use V-Power Racing if I m feeling rich, else it would be Petronas RON97 or Petron 97. |

anyone installed HIDs on their pre-fl CRZ? any issues with Honda SC and warranty? did they mark any special comments in the service booklet when you send in for servicing?

Been using it since I started driving to work in 2006. |

QUOTE(Uncle^R @ Mar 11 2013, 01:10 PM) anyone here get this crz as only car.. My wife and I use it as our main car, but we still have a back up proton hanging around in case we need a 4 sitter. maybe anyone kena complain by friend or family member because they cannot tumpang your nice car? i like the car, now gt huge discount sommemore, but scared later regret.. If you plan for a baby.... as much as I like the car, unless you plan to buy a 2nd car in 2-3 yrs time, i say forget it. dont let your heart take control over your head. yes u can put a child seat, but with a child, you have tonnes of other stuff to carry with you... and without the seat folded down, you dont have much space. Listen to your wife. You wont regret it. This car will not have much 2nd hand value as well... I bought this car knowing I am in for the long haul. Its rare, its unique and i see that it has alot of potential to do a lot of things in the future. I plan to change my proton later for something else in a few years time once my loan for the Z is paid off. On the plus side, this car, its great car, really fun to drive, responsive.... as its very new, and i have not had a chance to play with it too much (currently overseas), i cant tell for sure as i have not rev above 3K but i would say the performance does not feel too much different from FD 2.0 which was my main car b4 this. And if you do go down the path of passion vs logic |
