Looks like Altis Life for ARMA3.

On another note , I was looting the NWAF earlier on a 3 player server(including me) when I got shot by someone near the hangars. Turns out my hunch about the 2 clanners going to the NWAF (after following a looting trail) to loot was right and I'm thankful I was cautious enough to only get shot in the foot. Managed to find the sniper who shot me (by a stroke of luck) and I gave him a faceful of John Moses Browning's patented .45 rounds with no mercy. Too bad his buddy was too far away to get his gear back for him lol. Managed to get myself a FNX RDS , pristine Ammo Box and a pristine Canteen for my efforts. Too bad I completely forgot to check his Mosin for a pristine LRS. 

I didn't want to stick around too long either way since his buddy would have immediately made a beeline towards his body. So I hid the body. There goes all his gear lol. And I also completely forgot to take a screenshot in the heat of the moment.

Is everyone still playing and using the steam group to communicate?
Last time I see not many are using the mic, but a lot was in the group.

in short, how to prevent unnecessary friendly fire kills or prevent some spies to blend in out of no where

But these days, more than once we see experienced teams taking off their pants as well when they see another team doing it. Newbies too!

We need a suggestion for an additional identifier! Something to do with Headgear perhaps

If we want to find uniform, sure very hard to sync everyone since a lot of us. So far no pants work because everyone can do it easily, next is possibly no shirt, but if we kena tembak sure mati easily. No shoes is best because we can run fine without footwear but it's hard to identify since our feet are normally covered by grass. So most of the time, identification becomes a problem.

Another possible way is color coding for our outfits. Common color in this game is green/camo/black/red etc.

Can consider green top/black bottom as an outfit uniform. like Bottom black jeans/cargopants, top TTsKO jacket/green hoodie. It's common enough to find, just need to get the coding right.

Headgear (anything since this is for protection except motor helmet since it covers the face)
No masks, no shades, no helmets (clean face, as most players like to put on something except new spawns)
Greenish top ( no tactical gear or UK black assault vest, so either ttsKO jacket, green hoodie, green raincoat, olive jacket etc) Easy to find.
Black/dark bottom (jeans cargo pants, tactical etc.) Easy to find.
No shoes.

Experiment success! Playing Bieber on open comms will most definitely piss people off! They will rampage and try to find you quite carelessly

hmmm.... in a nutshell...

1. Spawn + try not to get killed by bandits
2. Navigate around while punching zombies + try not to get killed by bandits
3. Get your loot, pack some weapons, dress to kill + try not to get killed by bandits
4. Go into battle... do what you want.... be a medic, a hero, a bandit, a survivor....
5. Ultimately die by:

a. glitching through wall
b. being killed by bandits
c. being killed by friendly fire
d. alpha death - die for no reason whatsoever
e. falling down the stairs
f. sickness - from eating rotten fruits
g. willingly being mauled by zombies / bled to death bum fighting zombies
h. willing bandits to rampage by playing Bieber's music

6. Rise, Rinse, Repeat.
