speed 0.06Mbps, Maxis close SKMM report after call yesterday where they say the plan is 4GB and they can change the T&C.

Same here, just got calls from Maxis saying same like @evalueshop said. However, i said its really not fair for all subscribes under this BES68 because Maxis Promised Unlimited Quota & Speed . She replied: "Only unlimited Quota, Maxis never mention about speed"

Then the monthly SMS of 30GB quota refreshed is so called internal process. So i shared my personal experience. Lastime i was using Maxis broadband RM48/month for 1.5GB quota. Few month later, Maxis introduce RM48/month but get 1.5GB day + 1.5GB Night quota. When i go to Maxis centre, i said i also want 1.5GB day+1.5GB night. But Maxis said cannot. U subscribe OLD package so u can only get 1.5GB day only. If u want new package, u Must terminate old then pay RM100 registration fee then get the new plan.

So, Why MAXIS double standard? when i want to enjoy extra new feature cannot. Now our BES68 plan used to be 30GB, suddenly downgrade to 4GB.

Maxis wants profit only. I've been using Maxis for more than 10 years. They should give best Customer Service.

At least, those who already have subscribe to BES68, Maxis MUST give 30GB as before. Those new application only they can limit to 4GB Fair usage policy.

If SKMM cannot solve this issue, we as customer/consumer must report to Tribunal Pengguna KPDNKK.


But Maxis can have 2 STRONG Backup points if really fight in court. I will not share here as there's a lots of Maxis eyes Everywhere.

Man! How could that be?!! No use if we report this issue to SKMM or other kind of place to report.. say good bye maxis. We r going to boycott u!!

Received a call from Maxis this morning. They said they will not revert the account to 30gb quota. They said u can choose other plan or terminate the account. According to the customer service, that 30gb quota is just a reward only. See, they don't even bother to lost the customers. This is called monopolisation. Frustrated with what he said and give up with the call. Welcome to Malaysia. Malaysia Boleh ....

Don't expect refund from TS, but instead help/advice/guide from TS since TS is just selling the package, but Maxis is the one who changed the whole damn thing.

Looking forward for more suggestions as to what plan you guys are subscribing next ?

yup me too, got called by maxis even though complain to skmm, sad.. they said 30gb is priviledge.. wth.., maxis got richer even they not block the quota..

Will get a Streamyx for home
For mobile internet will back to u mobile... 68 for 5gb + 5gb off peak (2am to 8am )

You can try on celcom new prepaid plan.. It's unlimited at the quota moment... But FYI it won't be permanent..
