Seriously? How? anyone else?

I have received a call from Maxis, she said that they have open a wrong package to us, due to we're not the corporate customer. The customer service said that they have wrongly send via sms about 30gb data before, it should be internal process. (what kind of nonsence!)

And also inform us that this package is still unlimited data, but just that reduce speed after 4gb. I was told her that, although is unlimited data, but it's damp slow like hell after 4gb data). The customer service told me that they have reported to skmm, before they started 4gb data to us. They will not change anything and would not restore back the 30gb data to us.

Wait until 20/02/14, will terminate it if nothing change, and hope ts can refund to us.

Ya lah, YES also unlimited data. Think that all of us are stupid and talking the nonsence to us.

Digi unlimited is same like maxis, after quota, speed throttled to 128kbps but unlimited

I got the same call too today, apparently they will push back to SKMM and close they case. They say they are allowed to change the term and conditions. So - next week cancel plan if no change in speed

Is that so??? Ow man.. too bad for me.. why when i subscribes for unlimited(broadband type) were all temporary??? So sad...lot of money i spent only just 4 subscribe them. Plus lot of money i lose to buy 4g modem

I just suspend my number. So they will count my bill prorated. Meantime waiting for the 30gb back. And my 4gb exceeded. If you want to activate back your line you just need to pay rm10.

Yes max you can suspend for 3months. During the suspend period you will not be able to use it. But the line will not be cancel until it reach 3 months. So if you want the line back just call 1919 ask then to reactivate it and the will charge rm10

This morning i run a speedtest and i got 7 ++ mbps. My speed just restore back to normal. I did't make any payment. My bill is due on 26/2....

why my speed is still snailing?

Just putting in my notice that I'd like my refund if the speed doesn't return because it's unusable now.
