As far as I know.
For Zero Contract u need to use minimum 3 months, then termination don't need to pay.
If use less than 3 months then terminate, need to pay RM100 administrative fees.
That is for Zero Contract Smart Plan 68/88 la.

Seriously, although they provide high Data quota, but I believe that you wont use that much for one month unless you are really heavy download or heavy multimedia streaming or p2p through your mobile. Another thing is the coverage they offer really hard to reach when go into the building.

Right now, I'm just switch to Maxis TalkMore28 + MobileInternet48 (got free sms+talk time + 1gb data), totally ngam ngam for me. 

I use my home Streamyx 1Mbps better unlimited 24hours download my stuff all the time. 
I use my Nexus 4 download stuff through WiFi most of the time, now a days, whatever you go almost where also got FREE wifi anyway.

Ps. correction, I use, Maxis TalkMore48 + MobileInternet48 (Monthly Commitment RM96) = 400mins + 200sms + 1gb data unlimited

Maxis talkmore plan not compatible with surfmore.
different people have different needed. since i port to Maxis is no contract, so no worry in the future.

Yes u can.. But need to use third party application.

Typically I got to play like 15-20 minutes of game a few sessions in a day. Sometimes, I don't even need to charge the phone at night. Although I didn't measure it yet, I'll say I probably can get 4-5 hours of continuous gameplay.

Will be able to test this whenever when I go back hometown this CYN in a long drive...

for me.. i suspect that caused by an apps... so i just disable it..
